"This was Personal...I wanted to Master Markets!"

In 2009, I put my TN license in retirement because I was committed to climbing the corporate ladder and seeing what success results I could achieve.  So, I would just need the validate the legitimacy between states and start the process in Texas. I wanted to put all of my Finance experience into play in order to make this a viable source of supplemental income so I could create my own personal freedom. This time, I wanted to trade more than my 401k. This was personal. I wanted to master Markets that I could not conquer before. In September 2019, I started trading actively instead of passively. By October 2019, I was awarded my Realtor’s License in TX. My plan to building a profitable side hustle was well underway. Then, the pandemic happened. No worries, I still listed my first home for sale and I knew it would be a little more challenging to sell considering the market factors that were at play.
